What to do in an emergency

During normal surgery hours:

If possible call the surgery before arriving, this will allow us to give you advice and prepare for your arrival.
If there is no time for this, bring your pet straight to the surgery and ask someone to ring ahead.

Outside normal surgery hours:

Call the surgery first.
This will give you the telephone number of the night centre. (Normally 020 8677 0976)
The staff at the night centre will be able to advise you and prepare for your arrival.
